Hello Friends,
Orlando Kannada Sangha cordially invites you with your family and friends to celebrate Rajyotsava and Deepavali. A fun-filled evening with cultural programs, socializing and great food.
When: November 3rd @4.30 PM
Where: HCSF Temple Auditorium
We encourage all OKS members to participate and make this event more memorable.
Charges for the event:

Snacks and tea/coffee will be served from 4.30 to 5 pm. Sumptuous Dinner will be served at the end of cultural programs.
Cultural programs: Please send programs entries to culturalcommittee@orlandokannadasangha.org. The cutoff date for sending registration is 10/15/2018.
Elections to the OKS Board for 2019
We have at least 4 board member positions open for the next year. All those who are deemed, members of good standing for a year are eligible to contest for these positions. If we receive more eligible nominations than the positions open, elections may be conducted during the Rajyotsava event. Here is the election schedule.
Submit nominations: October 16, 2018
Last day to Submit nominations: October 31, 2018
Last date to withdraw nominations: November 2, 2018
Check eligibility: November 1, 2018
Conduct elections, if needed: Saturday, November 3, 2018

The annual membership fee will be collected at this event. Being a member affords the whole family to enjoy some OKS events for free. You can also pay membership fee online.
